The Boat Harbor Holiday Home is a design submission for an international design competition. The design is for placing a home on property in New Zealand that overlooks the ocean to the North.

The design concept involves  turning the home at a 45 degree angle from the North which would allow for the home to have panoramic views from the entire rear of the home, connecting the rear of the home to the infinity pool as well as controlling natural light into the home throughout the day.

A Guest House-Cabana was added to provide extra guest quarters as well as providing outdoor showers for the pool area as well as a possible wet bar, entertainment room for pool entertaining.

The home is to have a “Hampton Farm Home” appearance as well as a farm house fell to the livability of the floor plan.
